1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Udintogel ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Udintogel website located at https://udintogel.lat and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and lottery-style gaming products.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Udintogel platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms apply to all players accessing Udintogel from Malaysia, including but not limited to players in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor (Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam), Penang, Johor Bahru, and all other Malaysian territories.

2 Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms and Conditions:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Udintogel platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to an Account pursuant to a promotion, and subject to specific bonus terms.
• "Company" means Udintogel, the operator of the website at https://udintogel.lat.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code contained on the platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by the Company before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Minimum Deposit" means the minimum single transaction deposit amount of MYR 50 (RM50), unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Udintogel platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, state, or territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on Udintogel, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Udintogel strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all gambling activities in line with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
2. You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
3. You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of Udintogel, or an immediate family member of such a person.
5. You are not registered on any self-exclusion database relevant to online gambling and you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from gambling services.
6. You have full legal capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms as a binding contract.
7. You are opening an account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

4 Account Registration

To access real-money features of the Udintogel platform, you must register for an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number.

You agree to keep your registration information current at all times and to notify us immediately of any changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension pending investigation, and potentially permanent closure.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account. The Company employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts based on shared identifiers including, without limitation, device fingerprints, IP addresses, payment method details, residential addresses, and identity documents. Where a duplicate account is detected, the Company reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close accounts as it deems appropriate, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from a duplicate account shall be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible gambling best practices, Udintogel requires all Players to complete identity verification ("KYC") before their first withdrawal request is processed. The Company also reserves the right to request verification at any other time, including upon account registration or where unusual account activity is detected.

KYC documentation typically required includes:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document — Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Passport, or Driver's Licence;
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months — such as a utility bill (TNB, Syabas, Indah Water) or a bank statement from a Malaysian financial institution (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong);
• Proof of payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account or bank account);
• A live selfie photograph holding the identity document where requested.

Documents must be clear, unaltered, and show all four corners. The Company will not accept photocopies, screen captures of screen captures, or digitally altered documents. Submission of fraudulent KYC documents is a criminal matter and will be referred to the appropriate authorities.

Standard KYC review is completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission of all required documents. Incomplete submissions will restart the review clock. The Company is not liable for delays in withdrawals caused by incomplete or unsatisfactory KYC documentation.

6 Deposits & Payment Methods

Udintogel accepts deposits via the following payment channels available in Malaysia: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX (instant interbank transfer), direct bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, and ETH.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment instruments are prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is detected, the deposit amount will be held pending investigation. The Company reserves the right to return the funds to their source and to restrict the account pending resolution.

The minimum single deposit amount is MYR 50 (RM50) unless a specific promotion states otherwise. There is no maximum deposit limit set by the platform, although your financial institution may impose its own transfer limits. All transactions are denominated and settled in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or public holiday processing restrictions.

The Company does not accept deposits from prohibited jurisdictions. By depositing, you confirm that you are not accessing our services from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit on the same account, or a payment method that has been verified and approved by the Company's compliance team. Withdrawal requests made to third-party accounts will be declined.

The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 50 (RM50). The Company aims to process approved withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes via DuitNow and FPX. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may take longer depending on network congestion. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended during high-volume periods, public holidays, or where additional compliance review is required.

Where a Player has an active bonus, the following applies:

• If the wagering requirement has not been completed, a withdrawal may be made only by first forfeiting the active bonus. Upon forfeiture, any bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus play will be removed.
• Winnings generated from real-money play (with no bonus active) are always withdrawable.

Withdrawal requests are subject to routine fraud and AML checks. The Company reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for up to ten (10) business days where such checks are ongoing. Players will be notified if a delay exceeds standard processing times.

The Company reserves the right to void any winnings and return the original deposit amount where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has exploited a technical error, software fault, or pricing mistake.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

Udintogel offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and VIP programme rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms disclosed at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Udintogel promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement attached to a bonus must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) is stated on the promotion page.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin stake permitted is as stated in the promotion terms (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500). Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active will constitute a breach of these Terms, and the Company reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10% to 20%; live dealer games may vary. The applicable contribution table is provided on each promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the window stated in the specific promotion terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from activation). Upon expiry, uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings are automatically forfeited.
• Eligibility: Each promotion is available once per eligible Player, per household, per device, and per payment method unless otherwise stated. The Company reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its discretion.
• Sticky Bonuses: Certain bonuses are designated "sticky" — the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn; only winnings generated from the bonus play are eligible for cashout once the wagering requirement is met.
• Maximum Cashout: Some promotions impose a ceiling on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Where applicable, this ceiling is stated in the promotion terms.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Udintogel are subject to the specific rules of the game or betting market concerned, in addition to these general Terms. Game-specific rules are accessible within the relevant game interface or game studio documentation.

In the event of a technical disruption — including server failure, internet disconnection, or software malfunction — occurring during an active bet or game round, the Company will apply the following principles:

• For sports bets: where a bet has been fully accepted and matched prior to the disruption, it will stand and be settled once the relevant event result is confirmed from the official source.
• For casino games: where a game round has commenced and cannot be completed due to a platform-side technical fault, the Company will credit the stake back to the Player's account.
• Where a technical fault results in erroneous odds or incorrect payouts being displayed, the Company reserves the right to void affected bets and recalculate at the correct odds.

The Company's decision on the outcome of any disputed bet or game result is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms. Sports betting results are determined by the official result at full time or at the point of settlement as defined by the relevant sport's governing body.

All betting odds are presented in decimal format by default on the Udintogel platform. Players may switch to fractional or American formats in account settings. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is submitted; the odds displayed at confirmation are the final binding odds.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Udintogel platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or otherwise access the platform in a non-human manner;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or bugs — any known or suspected technical fault must be reported to customer support immediately and not exploited for financial gain;
• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Engaging in coordinated betting or arbitrage strategies specifically designed to guarantee profit from promotional bonuses ("bonus hunting", "bonus abuse");
• Opening duplicate accounts or registering using another person's identity;
• Sharing account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your account;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any other Player's account or to the Company's internal systems;
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued through Udintogel or any other gambling operator;
• Any activity that constitutes match-fixing, fraud, or collusion in sports betting markets.

11 Intellectual Property

All Content on the Udintogel platform, including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of Udintogel or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, republish, distribute, transmit, display, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any Content for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of the Company.

Any unauthorised use of platform Content, trademarks, or intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims under intellectual property law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Udintogel, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, force majeure events, or regulatory requirements;
• Any gambling losses incurred by you while using the platform — you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that losses are a normal and expected outcome;
• Any third-party services, payment processors, or infrastructure providers whose failure affects platform availability or transaction processing.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such limitation or exclusion would be prohibited by applicable law.

The platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13 Responsible Gambling

Udintogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. We recognise that for a small number of individuals, gambling can become problematic. The following tools and safeguards are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via Account Settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may set a time reminder that notifies them when they have been logged in continuously for their pre-set duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount per day or per week.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account is locked and cannot be accessed. Requests to reopen an account before the exclusion period expires will not be honoured.

14 Suspension & Account Termination

Udintogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary rules;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, AML concerns, or suspicious transaction patterns;
• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Legal or regulatory requirement;
• Protection of the integrity of the platform or the interests of other Players.

Upon termination for cause (breach of these Terms), all pending withdrawals may be reviewed and potentially cancelled. Verified real-money balances (excluding bonus funds) are generally returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to the completion of AML and compliance checks, unless the balance itself is subject to a legal hold.

A Player wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Udintogel reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Udintogel platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14.

16 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or any breach thereof, shall be resolved in the following sequence:

1. Internal Resolution: The Player must first submit a formal written complaint to the Udintogel customer support team via email at [email protected] (plain text). The Company will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
2. Escalation: If the Player is not satisfied with the Company's response, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant independent dispute resolution body applicable to the Player's jurisdiction.
3. Binding Arbitration: If escalation does not resolve the matter, both parties agree to binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed-upon arbitral institution, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate interests.
